Our Master Groomer, Michiko, and her brilliant team spends quality time with your dog grooming and clipping to your liking and the dog's breed and needs. Michiko is also a qualified Vet Nurse (Japan), Dog Trainer and Groomer.
All breeds are welcome, however, bookings are essential as we can only groom a certain number of dogs per day. Our grooming books are now open for 2025.

Our Grooming Salon is open Monday – Friday: 7.00am – 1.00pm. If you need daycare for your dog's grooming day, just chat to us!
Late Fees: If staff agree to take dogs after agreed appointment time, there will be a $20.00 late fee for every 15 minutes after the agreed time.
No Shows: No shows will be charged their regular grooming rate. This must be paid prior to or on arrival at the next grooming appointment for us to commence the groom.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change a booking. Failure to give adequate notice will result in a surcharge being added to your account & need to be paid prior to any future bookings made. Surcharges are based on dogs regular grooming rate & are as follows:
Less than 24 hours notice: 50%
On the day cancellation / no show: 100%
